The main ingredients of Bivo are: oat flour, maltodextrin, pea proteins, coconut fat, flax seeds, borage oil. The product also contains the main vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

Bivo’s nutrients are spilt according to the proportion typical of the Mediterranean diet. The caloric content of a Bivo Packet is around 440 calories, about 50% of which are provided by carbohydrates, 18% by proteins, 25% by fats and 7% by fiber.

HOW TO PREPARE
The preparation of the product is extremely simple, thanks to the resealable packaging with easy opening. Simply pour 300ml of water inside the Bivo shaker, the contents of a packet of Bivo and shake for a few seconds.
Once prepared, the product has the consistency of a milkshake (so much so that it can be drunk either directly from the shaker or from a glass).
