Bivo is a brand of Ovidia Food Srl, organization 100% Italian.
Ovidia Food is a start-up founded in 2016 in Vicenza (Italy) by two young hi-tech professionals, who believe that innovation can bring extraordinary benefits to the food sector.
After a year and an half of work on product development, done thanks to a team of food technologists and nutritionists, Ovidia Food in 2017 has launched the first version of Bivo onto the market.
In mid 2017 together with its team of food professionals, joined by a chef specialized in innovative products, Ovidia Food started to work on the development of Bivo 2.0. In first months of 2018 Ovidia Food launched the new version of the product, that differs from the first one for a great improvement in the taste and texture, maintaining the same high nutritional quality.
